Costs of Participation
To be paid for each participant of the exhibition (exhibitor), including each participant of a joint booth. In case of refusal to participate at the exhibition, the registration fee is nonrefundable.

Notes:

* Completion and signing of this application form is an expression of the company's intention to participate in Moscow Halal Expo 2012, to conclude a contract for services on the organization of participation (hereinafter - Agreement) and pay for participation in the exhibition.

** A detailed description of the booth with a list of standard equipment included in the standard package of equipment and services, as well as price-list of additional equipment and services are annexed to the Agreement.

*** Breadboard model of advertizing page has to be provided in a ready-to-print form no later than May 1, 2012. Price is actual for exhibitors.

**** Before April 1, 2012, Exhibitor shall provide the organizing committee of the Exhibition with the full description of his investment project. The organizing committee has the right to reject the proposed investment project from the presentation, if it doesn’t comply with the Rules of participation at the presentation of investment projects.

***** In case the Agreement is concluded before December 31, 2011, the Exhibitor shall be granted a 5% discount. Exhibitors – participants of Moscow Halal Expo 2010 or 2011 shall be granted 10% discount. Exhibitors of either Moscow Halal Expo 2010 or 2011 if sign Agreement before March 1, 2012, shall be granted 3% discount. Exhibitors of both Moscow Halal Expo 2010 and 2011 if sign Agreement before March 1, 2012, shall be granted 5% discount.
